The International Police Association
Detective Agency "Ivano-Frankivsk" offers its services not only in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, and also Ukraine, but also in the world.
The staff of our agency are part of the International Police Association (IPA). This association was created to bring together police officers from around the world who are still working or already retired. Also, it is the largest international organization that has a professional non-governmental focus.
The initiator of the International Police Association was a British police sergeant Arthur Troup. At the end of the Second World War, he actively carried on a correspondence with colleagues from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, as well as from Africa. Its main purpose was to exchange professional experience.
It is believed that the official date of the founding associations - Jan. 1, 1950. It is in this day and announced in the UK that created section of the International Police Association in Britain.
June 6, 1997 during the 15 World Congress of the International Police Association in Quebec City, which is located in Canada, the national section of Ukraine was officially accepted as a member of the IPA.
To date, the Association is the largest organization of civil and police officers . It is comprised of more than three thousand members of the sixty-four countries. No matter what position an employee is on what language he speaks , which is , to what race is , what religion , and what the outlook is , it can become a member of this organization. And in connection with this condition it is the only professional organization of its kind in the police . It is independent of the trade union and political communities , and is not part of other associations and groups. The police can enter any state of the Association to exchange experience , and formed new contacts with the police of other countries.
International Professional Commission is very sensitive to the study of the development of the police and to the changes that occur in its structure. The sphere of activities of the organization include issues of criminology and crime prevention. Staff members are studying the crime situation in the various countries of the world and are closely monitoring the dynamics in this direction. Objective of the association is to promote the introduction of the achievements of modern technology and innovations in science and technology that can be used in the investigation of certain crimes. Through the activities of this organization is periodically publish analysis , which concerns matters of the commission of the various national sections within the Police Association.
